STARMART Express Bus Company's VVIP seats(see how this company treat their VVIP customers)

Friday(30/4/2010) i went to Ipoh with my 2 Wushu students for training. We bought the bus ticket from the STARMART Express Bus counter at Melaka Sentral. Infront of the counter, they write "VVIP Seats" .Before buy those tickets, i asked the person in the counter whether the tickets i want to buy is VVIP seats and got change to another bus when going to Ipoh. The person said got about 15 passengers already bought the tickets of that time so they will not going to stop and change the bus on the way. At first, all are very good, the bus is very comfortable,the aircondition is good, got massage seat somemore, can say it is perfect. So, i feel comfortable and think that it will be a safe and comfortable journey. But!!! the person is lying. After pass KL, we had to change to another bus which is totally not in good and safe condition. Hey, i bought VVIP tickets so we can travel in a comfort condition. What STARMART gave to us with that VVIP price we already paid to them? The bus have a HOT-Condition NOT Aircondition. Besides, it also shaky like earthquake and the floor of the bus also spoit and crack. All the passengers sweat like hell in that 3 hours journey. This is how the STARMART Express Bus Company treat their VVIP seats customers. 挂羊头,卖狗肉!!!I wrote this is to aware the company to let you know what's your company problems. You should be honest and done all the things you promised to your customers. Do something!!! Upgrade your services. If you cannot make it, then don't put "VVIP seat" infront your ticket counter, your are cheating people.
